  • 1 large pineapple cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red bell pepper cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 large red onion cut into 1-inch squares
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  • Brush skewers lightly with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are slightly charred.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
