Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
Brush skewers lightly with the olive oil mixture.
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are slightly charred.
