  • 8 oz pasta e.g., rotini
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup cucumber diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add pasta, tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
