Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot of boiling water, cook green beans for about 5 to 6 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
Add cooked green beans and 1 cup of crispy fried onions to the mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining crispy fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
This delicious casserole can be made a day ahead and just reheated before serving.
