Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan before serving. Cut into squares to make individual treats.
