Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
