Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine flour and cold butter; mix until crumbly to form the quiche crust. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add diced ham, chopped spinach, and shredded Swiss cheese to the egg mixture; stir to combine.
Pour filling into the prebaked crust and bake for 25 minutes until set and golden on top.
