  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
