  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tsp grated ginger
  • 20 piece potsticker wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix ground pork, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, and grated ginger until well combined.
  • Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold, and press to seal.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place potstickers flat side down and cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add 1/4 cup water to the skillet, cover immediately, and steam potstickers for 8-10 minutes until filling is cooked through and wrappers are tender.
  • Remove cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes to re-crisp the bottoms before serving.

Notes

Serve potstickers with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
