Preparation Steps
Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Measure out the milk, yogurt, matcha, honey, and vanilla.
Add milk and yogurt to the blender, then add matcha, honey, and vanilla. Top with banana chunks and ice.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, 45 to 60 seconds.
Taste and adjust: add more honey for sweetness, more matcha for stronger flavor, or more ice for thickness. Blend again briefly.
Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Dust with a pinch of matcha or garnish with banana slices if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk and skip the yogurt or use a dairy-free alternative. For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a splash more milk to blend.
