Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix almonds, honey, sea salt, and cinnamon until almonds are evenly coated.
Spread the almond mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until almonds are toasted and golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before mixing in dried cranberries.
Store the almond cranberry mix in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
