Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix almonds, honey, sea salt, and cinnamon until almonds are evenly coated.
  • Spread the almond mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until almonds are toasted and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before mixing in dried cranberries.
  • Store the almond cranberry mix in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
