Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil and cook the ground chicken until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet; stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Remove mixture from heat and let cool slightly.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
Spray or brush the egg rolls lightly with vegetable oil to help them crisp.
Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can brush egg rolls with a little more oil before air frying. Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
