Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the stuffed shells.
Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve with additional salsa and sour cream if desired.
