Instructions
Preparation Steps
Rinse and drain the cooked chickpeas thoroughly.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add chickpeas to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt over chickpeas and stir well.
Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sugar melts and coats the chickpeas.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly before serving.
