Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
In a 9x13 inch dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture.
Layer graham crackers over the cream, followed by more cream and sliced strawberries. Repeat layers, finishing with cream and strawberries on top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
