  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • In a 9x13 inch dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture.
  • Layer graham crackers over the cream, followed by more cream and sliced strawberries. Repeat layers, finishing with cream and strawberries on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
