  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs about 12 full sheets
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Dollop half of the strawberry jam over the strawberries and swirl gently with a knife.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and jam.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with additional fresh strawberries and a sprig of mint before serving.
