In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with half of the sliced strawberries.
