Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add red chili flakes and sauté for 30 seconds to release flavors.
Add diced mango and stir gently to coat with the chili oil.
Cook for 5 minutes until mango is warmed but not mushy.
Remove from heat and mix in lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt.
