Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add red chili flakes and sauté for 30 seconds to release flavors.
  • Add diced mango and stir gently to coat with the chili oil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes until mango is warmed but not mushy.
  • Remove from heat and mix in lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
