Season the chicken breasts evenly with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy Parmesan sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm through.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
