Shape the mixture into small oval-shaped koftas about 2 inches long.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the koftas for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the mint yogurt dip by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped mint, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
Serve the koftas hot with the mint yogurt dip on the side.
