  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes julienne-cut, packed in oil
  • 5 oz spinach fresh
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.25 cup basil fresh, chopped

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped basil before serving.

Notes
