Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
