Preparation Steps
Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
