Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Pour over the cooled cheesecake layer.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into bars.

These bars are a hit at parties and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
