Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, toss the sliced sirloin steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Reduce heat to low. Add the honey BBQ sauce and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated.
Serve immediately while hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
