  • 0.25 cup fresh herbs such as parsley or chives

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  • Coat the block of cream cheese with olive oil using a brush.
  • Evenly sprinkle the BBQ rub over all sides of the cream cheese.
  • Drizzle with liquid smoke if using.
  • Place cream cheese on the smoker rack and smoke for 2 hours.
  • Remove from smoker and top with chopped nuts and fresh herbs before serving.
