Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Coat the block of cream cheese with olive oil using a brush.
Evenly sprinkle the BBQ rub over all sides of the cream cheese.
Drizzle with liquid smoke if using.
Place cream cheese on the smoker rack and smoke for 2 hours.
