  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz, with juice
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp thyme dried
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Place the chicken, sausage, and shrimp into the slow cooker.
  • Add the chicken broth, rice, diced tomatoes with juice, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  • Season with salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, thyme, and smoked paprika.
