Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken, sausage, and shrimp into the slow cooker.
Add the chicken broth, rice, diced tomatoes with juice, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, thyme, and smoked paprika.
Stir everything well to combine.
