In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, parsley, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into 16 small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
