  • Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Add lime juice, salt, cilantro, cumin, and minced garlic to the avocado; mash together until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  • Serve the sliced peppers alongside the guacamole dip.

Notes

This fresh guacamole is best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored covered with plastic wrap to prevent browning for up to a day.
