Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Form the lamb mixture into small sausage-shaped kofta, about 8 pieces.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the koftas for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
Warm the flatbread or pita in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
Assemble the wraps by placing 2 koftas on each flatbread, topping with pickled onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a drizzle of tzatziki or yogurt sauce.
