Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
