This savory hamburger casserole is the ultimate comfort food, perfect for a family dinner or a cozy gathering. Layered with seasoned beef, hearty vegetables, and topped with melty cheese, it's sure to be a hit!
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked noodles, followed by half of the beef mixture, then half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Let cool slightly before serving.
