Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the zucchini slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, and oregano together.
Top each grilled zucchini slice with the cheese mixture.
Return the zucchini steaks to the grill and close the lid. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
