Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
Lay out lasagna noodles on a clean surface. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on each noodle.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the ricotta layer. Add cooked sausage.
Roll up each noodle and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding fresh basil leaves before serving.
