Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
