  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons water adjust as needed for dressing consistency

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water until smooth.
