Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets and sliced carrots.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and oregano over the vegetables, and toss again.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with freshly grated Parmesan cheese right before serving.
