Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 5 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with honey until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the ricotta and honey mixture evenly over each toasted baguette slice.
  • Top each slice with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, salt, and black pepper.
