  • 1.5 pounds corned beef sliced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup thousand island dressing store-bought or homemade

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Layer half of the corned beef in a baking dish.
  • Top with sauerkraut and spread half of the dressing over it.
  • Layer with remaining corned beef, Swiss cheese, and the rest of the dressing.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm and enjoy with a side of rye bread or pickles.
