  • 4 cups sparkling water chilled
  • 4 each lime slices for garnish
  • 0.25 cup mint leaves fresh, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Muddle fresh raspberries in a pitcher until juicy but not completely pureed.
  • Add lime juice and simple syrup to the muddled raspberries, stirring to combine.
  • Slowly pour chilled sparkling water into the pitcher and gently stir.
  • Serve over ice in glasses garnished with lime slices and fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a splash of vodka or gin to make it a cocktail.
