Instructions
Preparation Steps
Muddle fresh raspberries in a pitcher until juicy but not completely pureed.
Add lime juice and simple syrup to the muddled raspberries, stirring to combine.
Slowly pour chilled sparkling water into the pitcher and gently stir.
Serve over ice in glasses garnished with lime slices and fresh mint leaves.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a splash of vodka or gin to make it a cocktail.
