  • 1.5 cups sweetened condensed milk one can
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter plus more for greasing
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter creamy style
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups chopped for topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt optional

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle chopped Reese's peanut butter cups over the top of the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares before serving.
