Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate wafer cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
Spread the softened coffee ice cream over the crust and freeze until firm.
Pour the chilled fudge sauce over the ice cream layer and freeze again.
Before serving, top with whipped cream, toasted almonds, and chocolate shavings.
Notes
Make sure to freeze the pie for at least 4 hours to ensure it is set properly.
