  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate wafer cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
  • Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • Spread the softened coffee ice cream over the crust and freeze until firm.
  • Pour the chilled fudge sauce over the ice cream layer and freeze again.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, toasted almonds, and chocolate shavings.

Notes

Make sure to freeze the pie for at least 4 hours to ensure it is set properly.
