  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda and gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  • Stir in the oats, rice cereal, coconut, and chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool on wire racks.
