  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tbsp minced garlic fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional for heat

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to create the marinade.
  • Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss until all wings are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (approximately 193°C).
  • Place the marinated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
