Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil the water in a saucepan and add the black tea bags.
Stir in ground cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and strain the tea to remove spices.
Stir in honey until dissolved and allow the tea to cool.
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour chilled tea halfway, then add milk.
Stir gently and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute milk with almond or oat milk and use maple syrup instead of honey.
