Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until the dough starts to come together.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough in it, and cover with a damp cloth.
Let the dough rest for at least 5 minutes before rolling out.
Notes
You can let the dough rest longer for better results, letting it rise in a warm place for 1 hour if desired.
