  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix instant
  • 1 cup cool whip thawed

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and crushed pineapple along with its juice until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
  • To make the frosting, mix the vanilla pudding mix with the cool whip and spread evenly over the cooled cake.
