Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Press half of the meat mixture into a loaf pan.
Layer the shredded cheddar cheese over the meat.
Cover with the remaining meat mixture, pressing it down firmly.
Top the meatloaf with the slices of provolone cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the meatloaf is cooked through, about 60 minutes.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
