  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 dash pepper to taste
  • 1 dash paprika for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Set the whites aside.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill the egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Deviled eggs are best served cold and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
