Instructions
Preparation Steps
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Set the whites aside.
Mash the yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Fill the egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until serving.

Deviled eggs are best served cold and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
