  • 2 cups Nutter Butter cookies Crushed for crust
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream Whipped

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine crushed Nutter Butter cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Spread the filling over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

This pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered.
