Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water and let cool to room temperature.
Slowly mix the cooled gelatin into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture along with orange zest.
Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.
Notes
