Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Mix in Bailey's Irish Cream until fully combined.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Dip the frozen cheesecake balls into melted chocolate until fully coated and place them back onto the tray.
