  • Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Dip the frozen cheesecake balls into melted chocolate until fully coated and place them back onto the tray.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra decorative touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled chocolate coating before serving.
