Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
Beat in the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Scoop dough with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs.
Place cookies on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly golden. Let cool before serving.

Ensure cream cheese and sour cream are at room temperature for a smooth mixture. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
