  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg room temperature

  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs for rolling

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Beat in the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Scoop dough with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Place cookies on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly golden. Let cool before serving.
